When you connect your Instagram account to ClipyPanda, you authorize Us to publish content on your behalf to your Instagram Business or Creator account. You are solely responsible for all content published through the Service. You must comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.

In no event shall ONIVANET LTD, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
